Hi Everyone, as we begin our Glucose Monitoring Program, this first week is all about eating and moving as you normally do. We are creating more awareness for our baseline levels. How is your body responding to each meal you eat? What is your morning glucose level on rising? What does your nigh time curve look like? For me, I notice I can go low on blood sugar at various times while sleeping, and that I often wake up when my glucose is low... which then rises on waking, even without eating anything.
