Hello
👋 Hi! Hi, my name is Adriana. I live in Jalisco, Mexico-, and I’m excited to be a part of this community because I am already learning so much from the PMDD Rehab course and it has given me hope that I don't have to suffer so much anymore! I’m looking to get these 3 things from the community: 1. Support for my PMDD questions 2. Likeminded individuals that want to have healthy periods 3. Education, ideas for supporting the new lifestyle For fun, I like to do these 3 things: 1. Travel 2. Party planning 3. Volunteer preach work

Introducing Milly
👋🏽 Hi there, I’m grateful to be here! Hi, my name is Milly. I live in Pasadena, CA, and I’m excited to be a part of this community because PMDD does not have enough awareness and I would appreciate learning and being in community with others who understand. I’m looking to get these 3 things from the community: 1. Connection 2. Emotional Support 3. Sense of belonging & empathy For fun, I like to do these 3 things: 1. Walk my dog Charlie 2. Make collages, especially in the Fall - Fallages, if you will, hahaha 3. Spend time with friends (lotsa phone calls since most of my friends are long-distance)

Hi I'm Jes- aka Her Mood Mentor
Hi, my name is Jes. I live in Montana, and I’m excited to be a part of this community because suffering with PMDD alone is too lonely. I’m looking to get these 3 things from the community: 1. A sense of community from others going through PMDD challenges 2. Learn more about how I can better serve those suffering with PMDD symptoms 3. More engagement with my students and 1:1 clients (because I LOVE spending time with you!) For fun, I like to do these 3 things: 1. Hike with my husband and our 2 dogs (Pimm -the poodle and Athena-the malamute) 2. Grow vegetables in my garden 3. Dance to Fleetwood Mac the living room with our cat Tink
