Hello, I'm Petra
I've struggled with PMDD since my traumatic birth. I believe that was the onset. Motherhood has been incredibly difficult for me as I've had to navigate my own childhood wounds alongside my mental health challenges. I'm truly grateful to be here among women who understand. I grew up in the Czech Republic, lived in the USA (NYC + CT) for the past 20 years, and recently relocated to Costa Rica.
