Got up at 4:45am ET (about 1:15 earlier than I would have hoped, but decided to get “up and at ‘em” that much earlier).
Drank 2 coffee cups of water & then went down to the hotel gym for a 30-min walk on one of the treadmills.
Came back up & drank 2 more coffee cups of water.
Sat in my hotel room with all the lights off and tried meditating for 5 minutes 4 or 5 times before finally telling my head to “shut up!” Mission accomplished.
