Momentum and Accountability
Hi Guys! After completing our first H40 sprint I sadly suffered from a shoulder injury and lost all my momentum, though the lessons live on like the ADAM and Rest protocol etc are being followed to a certain extent but my complete routine I am missing, my biggest struggle is accountability, during our sprint we were all doing the same thing and there was so much of accountability activities in the community it was really helpful, and having lost it my gratitude for this community just increases, I want to get back on track, not just doing the MAD but my most productive self, any suggestions?

Exciteddd! Congratulations to you guys! 👏🏻
HUGE announcement!
Hey gang! Not everyone was able to make the Live Call today, so I wanted to share some updates here in Skool so you're all in the loop. First, we wanted to let you know that although we are nearing the 40-day mark, this is just the BEGINNING. Our plan at Freedomology is to keep doing these sprints and invite more people to join. Eventually, we'll do F40 (a 40-day financial sprint) and R40 (a 40-day sprint to better relationships), but for now, we are going to run H40 again. And again. And again. YOU all are the H40 OG's, the original cohort, the early committed. And we are looking to YOU to help shape what H40 becomes. Your feedback is so valuable to us, so THANK YOU for all you've shared throughout your experience. Our next sprint is July 15th, and we'll invite many more people to join this community. Which brings me to Skool. This community is not going away after the 40 days are over. Again, this is just the beginning. Our vision is to grow this community to be a global MOVEMENT of people dedicated to better health, relationships, and finances. After July's sprint, we'll run H40 again on October 10th, World Mental Health day. In addition to that, we're putting together a bonus module for H40, you can expect that in the coming weeks. We're also putting together a carb-fasting cookbook and a carb-fasting app, so you will never have to wonder what to eat on your carb-fasting days again! And lastly, next week, there will be another survey coming your way like there was at the beginning of the sprint. If you fill out this survey, you'll get a free H40 T-Shirt! There's lots to be excited about, and we are just getting started. Thanks for being part of the first H40 cohort, and here's to many more!

This has been an amazing journey, especially carb fasting, HACK and Rest part, got new insights and tools, just a few weeks before we started this journey a friend mentioned cold plunge and another fasting but I didn’t take it seriously, didn’t understand them well enough and this journey has been an eye opener in so my ways! Look forward to your next sprints!
87 Hour Water Fast Complete
I just completed an 87 hour water fast. I felt great the entire time with the exception of getting a headache around hour 20. The next morning the headache was gone. I drank a gallon of water every day. My blood sugar stayed in the mid 60's - mid 70's range. I was in a high state of Ketosis throughout the fast with my final reading before breaking my fast being 4.7 Ketones. It was the second time I have completed a three day fast. This time was even better. I broke the fast with a cup of bone broth. An hour later I had MCT oil and an hour after that I had 4 oz of grilled chicken. I ate mostly protein the rest of the day with Olive Oil in between. I felt like I broke the fast a lot easier and better than my previous one and felt great all day.

Amazinggg! Your previous post motivated me to try another 24 hours water fast yesterday, even though I broke it at hour 20 because of the headache it was really helpful knowing from your previous post that it’s to be expected, and slowly make progress, will definitely try it next weekend again, also if you could please shed some light on your activity levels during this phase that will be ready helpful, thanks a lot again!

@Owen Miller That’s wonderful! Congratulations!
Cold plunge
I literally just booked my first session today and was on my way when the car broke down! What a downer! No problem, tomorrow is another beautiful day, but this is for sure happening soon! On the plus side though my vitamins I wanted to add just came in, starting my multivitamins tomorrow and zinc magnesium tonight ✨

@Michelle Palange Not all, I was taking B12 and D3 before, added multivitamins, zinc magnesium, ACV gummies and calcium for now, I’ll see how they are suiting my body and then accordingly listen to my body and add or reduce others, these are the most basic ones, collagen also you can add to this mix to start with And I had booked a cold plunge session at a gym- since it was the first time I was doing it, I wanted to experience it a few times before investing in the pod but my car broke down on my way and I couldn’t go, it was something I had really built up in my mind, I was really excited then :/
Fasting
Doing my regular 24 hour fast second time today, and trying to keep my regular active routine but I’m noticing a drop in energy, with a bit of headache and lesser motivation for tasks, is this normal? Could someone please explain to me the reason behind it and if we can overcome it?

@Greg Clement okay, thanks a ton, I think that’s the best course, though why did I feel lesser motivated to do my tasks, is that another side effect of it? I guess….my emotional health was my biggest challenge today!
