Big News!
Good morning this is day 40. But… Here’s some exciting news! We are officially launching the community in October and feel like we’re just getting started. Our plan is to keep doing these sprints and invite more people to join. Within the next month, we’ll be launching our Freedomology app which will be the hub for all things Freedomology: The community, the 40-day sprints, various 5-10 day challenges, videos, live streams, articles, contests and giveaways etc. It will all take place in our new app. You’ll be able to find other members who share similar interests or are located near you, and you’ll have access to ALL of our sprints (H40, F40, R40) year-round. 💪 In addition to H40 (a 40-day sprint to better health), we’ll be offering F40 (a 40-day path to financial freedom) and R40 (40 days to transform your relationships). These three sprints are focused on the areas of life that matter most: Relationships 👫, Health 🏃‍♂️and Finances 💰. Congratulations Greg. You are really on to something amazing here. I really looked forward to your emails, YouTube post and suggestions to better health. I learned so much and I’m better for it. The F40 is also a subject I would really like to expand my knowledge about. Thanks for sharing your talents and commitment with us.
Now what??
I am so behind! Last week, I had a 4 day migraine. By the time I started to read the week 2 carb fasting info, I felt like I was too far back to jump in. But then when week 3 started, I felt guilty for not carb fasting ,so I have read one email or watched one video about it 🤯 How do I move forward now? Do I try to do week 2 and 3, or just jump into week 3?

Moe, its not to late...just jump in. I always try not to feel guilty if I have a set back. I brush it off and just keep going. Just do what you can.
Health, Wealth OR Happiness
Greg, I loved the article about health, wealth or happiness. The insights were very interesting. I too would pick health over wealth and happiness, because I figure I could be happy if I was healthy and would have the capacity to become wealthy if I was in good health...makes you think.

The easiest way to meditate for beginners
If you’re struggling with meditation or new to it, try this. Step outside for 5 minutes and just listen. Listen to the birds. Listen to the traffic, or the leaves rustling in the breeze. Whatever sound happens to be around you. Just slow down, notice it and pay attention to it. Let it play with your eardrums like you were listening to a song you’ve never heard before. If you realize you’ve been lost in thought and daydreaming, just start listening again. I did this today on my back deck, listening to the birds outside, and for me it’s by far the quickest way to enter a meditative state. 🧘‍♂️ It doesn’t have to be any more complicated than this.
