Big News!
Good morning this is day 40. But… Here’s some exciting news! We are officially launching the community in October and feel like we’re just getting started. Our plan is to keep doing these sprints and invite more people to join. Within the next month, we’ll be launching our Freedomology app which will be the hub for all things Freedomology: The community, the 40-day sprints, various 5-10 day challenges, videos, live streams, articles, contests and giveaways etc. It will all take place in our new app. You’ll be able to find other members who share similar interests or are located near you, and you’ll have access to ALL of our sprints (H40, F40, R40) year-round. 💪 In addition to H40 (a 40-day sprint to better health), we’ll be offering F40 (a 40-day path to financial freedom) and R40 (40 days to transform your relationships). These three sprints are focused on the areas of life that matter most: Relationships 👫, Health 🏃‍♂️and Finances 💰. Hey gang! The last module of H40 is now open in the classroom section of Skool. It's called REST and it's all about how to get the best sleep you've ever had. I am a pro at sleeping! For 30 years of my life I had chronic insomnia- I actually didn't mind it. BUT when my 2nd child (my super active girl!) started to walk, I was very ill because my body literally didn't know how to sleep (I never entered REM. My body took back to back naps at night). I had to do sleep therapy for months- it was awful trying to teach my body new tricks, but once I got there, it was bliss! I sleep 8 or 9 hours a night, and I love love love bedtime.
Will access continue after 40 days?
I feel like I'd like to revisit this after the 40 days. Is access available after the sprint concludes?

I really would like to do it again! I learned so much but I didn't give it my all... I was VERY Interested, but I was only a little Committed.
Small mindset win!
I am working at my desk, and I just remembered that there is leftover pizza in the fridge and I thought about having a slice. Then I thought to myself, "Oh, but I don't feel good after eating pizza. It makes my body feel weird and I get really thirsty." Omg! My brain is starting to do the mindful eating thing 🥳

Now what??
I am so behind! Last week, I had a 4 day migraine. By the time I started to read the week 2 carb fasting info, I felt like I was too far back to jump in. But then when week 3 started, I felt guilty for not carb fasting ,so I have read one email or watched one video about it 🤯 How do I move forward now? Do I try to do week 2 and 3, or just jump into week 3?
