Hoping so!
Now what??
I am so behind! Last week, I had a 4 day migraine. By the time I started to read the week 2 carb fasting info, I felt like I was too far back to jump in. But then when week 3 started, I felt guilty for not carb fasting ,so I have read one email or watched one video about it 🤯 How do I move forward now? Do I try to do week 2 and 3, or just jump into week 3?

Progress with carb fasting
I committed to doing carb fasting 3 days this week. Today is another carb fasting day - thanks to the cookbook(!), I made chia pudding! It was supposed to be for breakfast, but I did a protein shake and ate the pudding for lunch. I added some greek yogurt and blueberries, and did not add any sweetener. My macros so far: 475 cal, 39 protein, 16 net carbs, 23 fat, 14.5 fiber. So far a good day!!!

Chia seeds are a good source of protein, and even better source of fiber!

I finished the day with about 60 net carbs. But, didn't like the look of my scale this morning. Getting discouraged. Not sure when I should stop being patient. Not feeling like this is working for me.

Carb fasting...?
I'm trying to carb fast today - very difficult to totally avoid carbs - even my Bada Beans have a few carbs in them. But, with 2 meals/snacks done, I'm at 20 carbs so far. Will do my best to keep the lowest carbs possible for dinner. It's tomato season - this is a challenge! But, definitely committed to doing my best 3 days a week.

finishing my day with less than 40 carbs - I think that's a win! Macros: 1216 cal, 102 P, 38 C, 64 F.

I use Chronometer - as for whether net or gross - not sure. I'm thinking net. I actually did eat the tomato - not that bad of carb count!
