I am so behind! Last week, I had a 4 day migraine. By the time I started to read the week 2 carb fasting info, I felt like I was too far back to jump in. But then when week 3 started, I felt guilty for not carb fasting ,so I have read one email or watched one video about it 🤯
How do I move forward now? Do I try to do week 2 and 3, or just jump into week 3?
