I committed to doing carb fasting 3 days this week. Today is another carb fasting day - thanks to the cookbook(!), I made chia pudding! It was supposed to be for breakfast, but I did a protein shake and ate the pudding for lunch. I added some greek yogurt and blueberries, and did not add any sweetener. My macros so far: 475 cal, 39 protein, 16 net carbs, 23 fat, 14.5 fiber. So far a good day!!!
