Hi Everyone, My name is Jordy. I live in California and I'm 26 years old. I work in the Cardiac OR at hospitals all around California. As far as fitness, I am 6"3' 200 lbs. I am about 8% body fat right now, which I am happy with. I do mainly bodybuilding, but focus a lot on calisthenics too. I am looking forward to interacting with everyone! Hey, I’m Andrew. I started my fitness journey at 220 pounds and have worked my way down to 170. It’s been a challenge, but staying consistent with the workouts, diet, and mindset tips provided by Kody has made all the difference. This journey has shown me that real change starts with both the body and the mindset.

Hey guys! I'm Anja...
Let me guess: I’m the only one here who doesn’t think flexing is a personality trait? Looks like I’m officially the minority here, but I think it's perfect sine no woman could ever give me a good fitness advice. I joined because I have 2 serious fitness goals on my fucketlist. I have to get a "summer body" which basically means be in the best shape of my life and 2nd thing is to be able to do one pull up by 23rd of February. If anyone here can help me achieve these two goals, I would be incredibly grateful 🙏🏻 First pic is me trying to do a pull up haha and the second is AI generated pic of fit me 😅

Hey everyone, my name's Ethan. I'm 19 from South Africa. I used to be super skinny and now I've got a decent build. Like most guys, there are a lot of things I need to work on but my 15 year old self would be proud :) 53ish kg's at 5'10 on the left and 68kg at 5'11 on the right.
