Hey, I’m Andrew. I started my fitness journey at 220 pounds and have worked my way down to 170. It’s been a challenge, but staying consistent with the workouts, diet, and mindset tips provided by Kody has made all the difference. This journey has shown me that real change starts with both the body and the mindset.
