Hi Everyone, My name is Jordy. I live in California and I'm 26 years old. I work in the Cardiac OR at hospitals all around California. As far as fitness, I am 6"3' 200 lbs. I am about 8% body fat right now, which I am happy with. I do mainly bodybuilding, but focus a lot on calisthenics too. I am looking forward to interacting with everyone! @Kody Hull 3 working sets Yesterday for example I do 90lbs for 7, 80lbs for 9 & 70lbs for 8

Hey everyone, my name's Ethan. I'm 19 from South Africa. I used to be super skinny and now I've got a decent build. Like most guys, there are a lot of things I need to work on but my 15 year old self would be proud :) 53ish kg's at 5'10 on the left and 68kg at 5'11 on the right.

@Ethan Brits ahh mine is probably my back overall or legs.. both huge muscle groups and takes years and years of work. I’d say back because it’s not “dense” but looks fine.
