Hey everyone, my name's Ethan. I'm 19 from South Africa. I used to be super skinny and now I've got a decent build. Like most guys, there are a lot of things I need to work on but my 15 year old self would be proud :) 53ish kg's at 5'10 on the left and 68kg at 5'11 on the right.
@Evan Momcilovic Got you man, I'm a bit different. When I train on pull day, 90% of strain seems to go to my back. And when I do push, 90% of the strain seems to go to my chest. That's great for looking good on the beach, but my arms are tiny when I wear clothes haha. We're not even gonna talk about legs...

Hi, I'm Alex, a 17-year-old guy from Italy (originally from Moldova though) My main goal as of now would be to get to 77kg I was a pretty skinny kid in the past, but I've been working on my physique for more than 3 years now and I can say I've got a decent one I can't wait to see what this community has in store for me
My legs and arms are my weak points. Always plateaued with legs and then skipped them, for arms my back and chest always took over with exercises for them. So I'm working on that right now.
