Habit tracker (accountability)
Sooooo the tracker is looking good BUT i managed to wake up at 6:30 this morning🥲. The main issue is me going to sleep late (texting this at almost 12am). I really need to get used to my new school routine. (I had a 3 week break so now i need to get back on track)
For the workout part dont worry boyzz i completely destroyed myself:D Did full upper body workout and i can already feel it.
The most crazy thing is that i was not even going to complete failure like i used to. I just followed advice and added more volume but lovered my intensity. We will see how it goes long term:)
Making some big changes to my training so it takes time to fully set up my tracker for it. After i will make a full workout routine i will make a post about it🙌
