So, TODAY we are starting a 7 day PLANK challenge! We will be giving prizes at the end of the week so you definitely want to join in on the FUN.
Here’s how to participate:
- Time yourself doing a plank each day and try to improve your time a little each day!
- Post your time every day in the community.
- Share a pic or video for extra points.
- Invite your family to do it with you!
- Cheer other community members on!📣
Remember that it’s ok if you are just getting started and can’t go for very long. It’s not about comparing ourselves to others, but instead starting where we are and making our own personal improvements that matter most!
