Hey guys! 1. Cain, 21 years old. 2. How long you've been working out: 6 years, Started calisthenics and swim team when I was 15. Got into body building at 18, boxed for a year in-between, currently just bodybuilding to put on mass. And you're biggest struggle when it comes to fitness: being patient and not getting obsessed with the scale, my last bulk i got to attached to the number on the scale, and just ended up putting on bodyfat. If im building muscle its going to take time.
