CAC is the Cost to Aquire a Customer. Do you know what your CAC is? How much it is per type of marketing you use? Seems most floor people use Facebook and I agree its the best but it sure can add up if you do not have good ads running.

We are in a town of about 80,000 in our third year of lights. Just passed a quarter million in Christmas light sales for this year, which is what we did last year. My 4 installer guys have already put up $87,000. We are members of many HOA or community Facebook groups, and if we post there, the posts either are not approved or taken down. When our customers are stay-at-home moms, most of us, it stays and helps. We pay them .05 per click to our website and $100 for any jobs we sell from their referrals.
