Epoxy over plywood subfloors
Has anyone done it here ? Covering up the seams and screw holes with patcher paste and then using epoxy ( see pic for reference ). Wondering how is the maintenance on floors like that and how do they hold up, is it worth it at all or just looks fancy on pictures

Epoxy over plywood subfloors

I wouldn’t do epoxy on a wood floor because it’s too brittle and wood tends to flex a lot especially if it’s a floor because of all the traffic. I would patch it, sand it, clear Polyaspartic primer coat, pigmented Polyaspartic coat, flake, then poly top coat.
1 DAY INSTALL ??
I’ve been installing flake floors for 3 yrs now and I have a really good 3 man crew and I am still baffled by the idea of properly prepping a floor with stem walls and coating / broadcasting all before lunch waiting a couple hours and scraping and top coat one day … can anyone explain what makes this possible and still produce quality???

The only way I do one day floor installs is if they are under 500 sq ft , the stem walls are under than 6 in tall and there is no cracks at all. If one of those is missing I do it in two days, not worth risking quality.

@Manny Escalante it all comes down to what you have to offer that the competition is not. And this can mean more than just prices, products or systems. The way you present yourself, are you professional, do you have a wrapped vehicle, do you do your estimates wearing a nice clean outfit with your logo on your shirt, do you call your leads as quickly as possible, do you make their life easier or harder, how are you solving their problem. You need to differentiate yourself as the one that offers the most value to the customers, because when it comes down to it most customers are getting multiple quotes so you want to compete in value rather than price. You can go as low as free in cost or you can go up to infinity in value.
Finalizing the new courses, any additional videos?
Was wondering if there was any other video topics yall would like me to cover inside the classroom This can be on Marketing, Sales, Operations, Hiring or any facet of floor coating that you would like some perspective on Drop the comments down below!

Idk if you already have something planned but it’d be cool to see like tips and tricks. Like use carpet to step on with spiked shoes outside working area, 5% acetone for workability, clips on garage door to stop it from going all the way down, just little things like that can help a lot of people be more efficient.
