Liver flush question
I’m getting super excited and ready to go all in on the detox. When combining liver flush with FMD, on what day do we do the liver flush - after the 5 days of FMD or during?
Also, when looping, how much additional water do you tend to drink? Do you drink hot/spicy water as well as all of the urine or warm pee replaces the hot water? My body flushes it out very fast.
