Liver flush question
I’m getting super excited and ready to go all in on the detox. When combining liver flush with FMD, on what day do we do the liver flush - after the 5 days of FMD or during? Also, when looping, how much additional water do you tend to drink? Do you drink hot/spicy water as well as all of the urine or warm pee replaces the hot water? My body flushes it out very fast.

@Brenda Green Thank you! I studied all the tip sheets today and the Liver Cleanse workbook. Very helpful! I am feeling like doing the liver cleanse after 5 days of FMD. Would you think it's a good idea?

@Flora Sanchez I totally get it that it’s a learning curve! Starting simple and having small wins and having a feeling that I’m succeeding is the key for me. Then I start adding more layers of complexity and as always checking in with my body and getting a clear answer about what it needs and not following a strict protocol to the T that might not work for me. I would say be gentle with yourself and celebrate every tiny win as you are developing new habits, as Cate calls them adversity habits. 💪❤️🙌🏼
Cocao paste recipe?
@Cate Stillman can you post the ingredients for the Cocao paste we had in Alta? I know it wasn't exact. ground mushrooms, cocao powder, lime juice, maple syrup... that is the part I remember. I may be missing a few. I will make mine later this week for microdosing (advanced detoxing).

First successful FMD day yesterday 🎉
Just wanting to come here to celebrate with all of you my first ever FMD day, my commitment to my health and how good I feel already! All of my measurements on a scale improved including my metabolic age went down from a year older to my actual age. ❤️ It’s just the beginning!

As I’m up at 3:30 am, I’m ready to restore deep sleep cycle free of hot flashes! Ask: anyone have an app recommendation for keeping track of calories? It will be my first time going with 500 calories and tracking it!
