Sleep troubles with fasting
I've been extending my fasts from 16hrs to 18+ hrs ...usually finishing my last meal around 3:30 or 4pm and i'm struggling to sleep. I have early dinner/early to bed/early to rise habituated for many years now and last night i was tossing and turning until 12:45 and finally had to eat half an apple with tahini. I was really wanting to start FMD today and now I'm nervous I won't be able to sleep. I'm Pitta/Kapha

No poop for a month what advice would you give
Just talked to someone who hasn't popped for a month only poopy water. Sounds terrible any yogic advice you guys have that I can pass along?

So much food in one bowl!
Day 2 FMD: bone broth and green juice morning, CCF tea throughout day, warm veggie supper (cauliflower rice, green tomatoes, spinach, garlic, sauerkraut, turmeric, ginger , salt). And a cup of chia water to keep things regular. 400 total calories today!
