Every since the last FMD, I have been super focused and getting the things done that I need to do to make my new life a success… something everyday… even if it’s just one phone call…. It has made all the difference in the world! Thank you for being here advanced detoxers. This round was not that successful but I did hold my fasting time longer. That was my goal. I did include the microbiome diet so I saying all is well. I will go deeper in the next three weeks. Thanks for the momentum with all of you! It really makes a difference when we all do this together xoxoxoxox
Liver flush question
I’m getting super excited and ready to go all in on the detox. When combining liver flush with FMD, on what day do we do the liver flush - after the 5 days of FMD or during? Also, when looping, how much additional water do you tend to drink? Do you drink hot/spicy water as well as all of the urine or warm pee replaces the hot water? My body flushes it out very fast.

I wish we had a liver cleans groups too… I’m finding it a little hard to make sense of it all. So I’m going to do my best. Doing really good on my longer fast… but I’m a little lost with the liver cleanse and the FMD. Going to start over today.

Histimine intolerance - from the 10/11/24 live call - some info
@Flora Sanchez I heard you bring this up on Lynne's call. But I didn't hear an actual question. Can you post that? I have some info: Probiotic Choices: While fermented foods are beneficial for gut health, their high histamine content makes them unsuitable for histamine-sensitive individuals. Instead, choose specific probiotic strains that have low histamine-producing potential, such as Lactobacillus rhamnosus and Bifidobacterium infantis. A liver cleanse may be the most effective approach to overcome it all together. If a person is pitta dosha, lower percentages of fermented or cultured foods is key. Like only 5% compared to 15% of diet and tuning inward to notice when the body needs to skip fermented a day or two. It takes a bit more creative effort to incorporate microbiome foods while balancing an imbalance.
