live breathe updates
Hey beautiful humans. I wanted to apologise for the lack of breathing classes lately and for the late notice in canceling tonight’s session. I’ve been finding it challenging to create space for the free classes at the moment, but I’ll do my best to get back to running ongoing live sessions again soon. In the meantime, if you’re interested in one-on-one sessions (online or in person) or want info on upcoming workshops, please don’t hesitate to reach out.
