Here’s the secret: Morning workouts.
When you train in the morning, you’re not just getting your workout out of the way. You’re getting ahead of the day. It’s like setting yourself up for success before the world even starts spinning. No more excuses creeping in later. No more thinking, “I’ll push it to tomorrow.” Instead, you’ve already won before most people are even out of bed.
For me, this was the key to breaking that cycle of "I’ll do it later." Morning workouts have this way of giving energy and focus for the rest of the day... You start out with a w, and it makes it easier to keep up the momentum... Once you try it, you’ll see what I mean. 😉
