The more we dive into the future the more smart devices for fitness seems to appear... I think technology is good, but can it become too much...?
For me over the years i have picked some wearables like a smart watch, smart weight, different apps for tracking... Most of them have actually been helpful in my situation, but i'm curious about yours...
