"Outside" forearms small as hell
Hello everyone, I've been doing lots of pull-ups, chin-ups & deadhangs and have noticed insane growth in my "inside" forearms (i have no idea what these are actually called, basically the side of the forearm that u see when u flex ur bicep) and can feel insane pump in them after doing said exercises, but my "outside"? forearms (the side that u can normally see when u look at someone from the front) are small as heck as if they are not being worked at all (i can't feel any pump in this area). How do you train these "outside" forearms? Or is it just an illusion
