Muscle up unlocked
When people say the muscle up is a lot of technique, they are not lying. I got a pull up bar and I was just playing around with it, doing static holds at different positions of a pull up, doing slow negative reps, but never really worked to failure or more than 1-2 sets. I think the thing that made the technique click for me is just swinging around through the doorway with the pull up bar and for some reason it just came together and my technique was pretty much on point and allowed me to get the muscle up.
