My pulled deltoid muscle is better and did a light workout Sunday, Saturday I just rested. Monday I used the hot tube at the gym and did not exercise. I am have been busy working and joined Winter Arc for the first time. I hope not to pull another muscle soon again. My diet needs some improvement but it has not gotten much worse over the past few days. I weighed 177lbs (80kgs) Monday morning and need to figure out how to lose about 10 lbs (4.5 kgs)
