I'm going to learn my first calisthenics skill and I want to stay accountable, so here are my rules.
- Goal: Elbow Elver
- Time: 2 months (18 Nov24-17Jan25)
- Work Out 4 times per week, +1 hr each session (first I train for the skill and then my usual training)
