Day 2- pike push ups vs standing overhead press
  1. I prefer pike push ups
  2. Because it not only works the front delt but the side delt and traps. It is also a better progressive overload option to the OHP as it is easier to transfer over to handstand push ups. Additionally, I can do them on an elevated surface and implement pause reps at the bottom of the pike push up, really working my shoulder muscles.
