You guys know I'm an open book when it comes to this group and growing the business. I'm happy to try out new things and report back how they're working. I'm also always looking for ways to help you better. I've had a series of conversations the past week that gave me lots to think. The biggest piece was hearing the following OVER and OVER: People don't pay for strategies, they pay for results. I guess I always knew that, I just don't want it to be true! 😂 I'm sure some of you chiropractors can relate: You want to share the wonder that is chiropractic and you want them to understand how and why it works... and your patients couldn't care less. 🫣 All they care about is the result. Now, in my mind there are two kinds of results: the measurable ones and the felt ones. Selling brand strategy relies much more on the felt results (brand clarity, pride in your brand, inspiration and connection, etc.) because it's more difficult to measure the impact of your brand strategy – it's a long-term investment, not a quick fix (heard that before somewhere? 😉) But, according to some big shots (Alex Hormozi being one of them), (most) people don't pay for strategies, they pay for results. So, I want to give this a shot. Which is one of the reasons I posted about Lead Magnets the other day. I'm creating a list of things you guys need help with to get more new clients. I would truly appreciate your input! I don't want to sound like another online marketer: "I'm gonna 10x your revenue in 10 months!!! 🤩🤑" if it isn't true. The problem with most marketing is that it's a one-size fits all approach: run FB ads for a NP offer, do workshops, blah blah blah. I'm sure they all work. They just don't work for EVERYBODY! If I create something, I want to be based on a strategy, because that's the only way to be effective.
