@Pacha Hornaday also just finished reading the book "Unreasonable Hospitality" by Will Guidara from the podcast. I couldn't put the book down. I finished in less than a week which is unusual for me haha. Even though it was written specifically about his time as a restauranteur, the lessons can be used in every service industry. Highly recommend to anyone who's running a chiro office and even more so if you have employees of your own. Great book about leadership!

@Pacha Hornaday I think it just got me thinking about ways to improve my office. Not necessarily a specific example but it makes you brainstorm how to bring that level of service to your own business. I'll keep thinking! and if I ever have employees one day I will use some of his advice on empowering them.

I got back from Chiro Essentials in Birmingham at 1 am this morning. š„± It was an amazing event with some brilliant speakers. I cried so many times. š I'm typing up my notes and the three biggest takeaways from the speakers I saw. š¤ Want them? Comment NOTES below. NOTES š also, I'm upset but I won't be able to attend the brand storm this week. I scheduled an appointment a month ago to visit the DMV here to finallyyyy get my Colorado license plate haha
