Door Hanger Advertisement

I made this door hanger design in Canva. I'm looking for some feedback from the group. On the back of the door hanger is a placeholder for a QR code, which will route the person to a video. I have to shoot the video. I am still deciding what to offer.

Should I offer something? Make a landing page with the video for an opt-in to something? Invite people to our grand opening in October? Invite them to come in? Enter into a raffle for a big prize like a game system or ergonomic chair or something?

I did my best to match my brand style on my website. How did I do?
