It is hard to prioritize your well-being, when you have a lot of responsibilities.
The thing is….
Your situation doesn’t change, if you don’t change.
No one is coming to save us.
This is an example method of how I got started on building my habits:
First,
write out 3 personal wellness and fitness goals you want to start this week.
Then,
- write out your schedule for everyday this week (or even one day at a time)
- look at the time blocks you have open (after you write out your responsibilities/ daily tasks)
- use an open time block ( could be 5 mins, 30 mins, 1hr etc) for one of your personal wellness and fitness goals?
- act on your goals immediately (and stop waiting for ideal circumstances)
Keep working hard!
Remember to get after it, with a sprinkle of kindness.
