After a short hiatus, I would like to announce my plans for this community. I want this community to be a place where you get to share your wins and your progress towards your goals. What to expect from me: Posts on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday about a variety of different health topics and guides. I will be sprinkling in discipline and mindset comments throughout the week. I agree! My name is Ranger and I’m excited to be here! 1. Once I finish my walk, my goal will to build muscle again and stay lean. 2. Workouts, form feedback, and nutrition. 3. I just got back from volunteering with a reptile rescue at an event this weekend and I had a great time! I love sharing info about our scaley friends and facilitating first time “scale to skin” interactions :)
