This is an example method of how I got started on building my habits: First, write out 3 personal wellness and fitness goals you want to start this week. Then, 1. write out your schedule for everyday this week (or even one day at a time) 2. look at the time blocks you have open (after you write out your responsibilities/ daily tasks) 3. use an open time block ( could be 5 mins, 30 mins, 1hr etc) for one of your personal wellness and fitness goals? 4. act on your goals immediately (and stop waiting for ideal circumstances) Keep working hard! Remember to get after it, with a sprinkle of kindness.
