My Chat Bot creates a "Guest User" even after getting users name?
My Assistant asks for full name, email and mobile to book the Appointment, but when it then books the Appointment it doesn't uset the Users name, it uses "Guest User" yet the conversation the bot is having with the user, it is using his name, how do i get to use his name in the calendar booking?
