AI Capturing email, name and website in a Voice Call?
Any ideas on the most bullet proof way for the Ai assistant to capture the above in a voice call? Often the email address may not be correct or the web address. Interested in anyone's view on the best way to capture this via a voice call?

@Jason Dueck Thanks Jason, i tried that, but when the user Text's the mobile number i have linked to the Assistant, instead of the AI responding, i got the following text reply back. Any ideas how to fix this so the Assistant answers? Thanks for the message. Configure your number's SMS URL to chnage this message. Reply HELP for help. Reply STOP to unsubscribe. MSG&Data rates may apply.

@Jason Dueck hi mate, i have a Mobile # +61 485 864266 linked to the Assistant (see first mage below). I also have an active tag called "Outbound_Call" linked to the assistant. When i text the assistant # above from my mobile, instead of connecting with the AI Assistant and texting back and forth with it, i get the message below in the second image. I have set up the workflow in the third image so if the customer replies by reply channel SMS, then the trigger in the 4th image is to activate the AI assistant using the tag connected to the assistant called Outbound_call. So i was assuming that when i text the AI Number, the AI would repsond but it doesnt? any ideas..

Any idea why i can't see the flowbuilder option?
In my assistants under configuration there is no flow Builder option, how do i get to see this in my account? Is it because of the plan i am on? what plan do you need to see this function? Any help appreciated

@Dylan Nihte I watched a video by Jorden with the flow builder where he suggested using it for more targetted Prompting, I assume based on your response it was dropped with version 2.0? Is that correct as i couldnt find it anywhere which is why i was asking.

GHL have thier own Chat Widget, do we turn this off to use Assistable?
I am not sure the relationship between the GHL Chat widget and Assistable. I assume we have to turn on the GHL Chat widget for it to work on the site, and i have set up a workflow to start the assistable AI from a resonse from the chat, but what stops the GHL chat widget trying to respond?

My Chat Bot creates a "Guest User" even after getting users name?
My Assistant asks for full name, email and mobile to book the Appointment, but when it then books the Appointment it doesn't uset the Users name, it uses "Guest User" yet the conversation the bot is having with the user, it is using his name, how do i get to use his name in the calendar booking?

Do u have to do Zip Truncking with Twilio for every phone #?
I follwed the Zip Truncking process in the video, and set up one number ok. I have another new number i want to add and allocate to a new Assistant in the same sub account. My question is ? do i have to do the whole Zip tuncking process again for every new number, or do i just got the the last part of the Zip truncking process and add the new number to the existing Zip truncking i did?

@Jason Dueck The context is I bought a number in GHL, when i click Add a number in Twilio, the Number i bought in GHL does not appear to add. I have the correct sub account, and I don't want to Buy another #, i want to use the one i bought in GHL but it's not showing up in Twilio to add it in the last part of the Sip Truncking and I don't know why? any solutions? I'm stuck
