Very long post, but if you have a question - the answer is in here. So, lend me literally 5 minutes and 10 seconds (accurate reading time via 2 model avg analysis), a quick read will be super cool.
Okay - I got some sleep last night. Good start to getting back on schedule, bad because I wanted to get a lot done last night. Spilled milk I suppose. I am going to cancel today's 12 pm call - I have to sign some contracts that I think will far more benefit you than hearing my voice for 3 hrs... This will resume next week with no more cancels or resschedules.
Updates:
  • The morning Caffeinate & Innovate tech calls start next week at 8:30 am Eastern on week days. This will be complimented by resuming regular schedule on Wednesday office hours, and Friday Masterclasses. Those will be differentiated more formally as Wednesdays being an open call for q&a / tech support and Fridays being more build and use case oriented with IDs and snapshots shared afterwards.
  • Teams aboard - product manager starting today overseeing ops / dev schedule / and processes internally for more efficiency and organization, support & onboarding team learning materials as we speak for a waitlist open next week, and two more that ill update as they come to official fruition.
  • Enterprise Chokeholds - So, we are putting every vendor that is left in our stack and one that ive had my eye on in enterprise dedicated direct deals for more close / in house processes for less latency. We are also getting enterprise dedicated server space to eliminate system down time - well, forever..
  • $0.05 voice min deal - to say thank you to everyones support and really, putting up with my shit, enjoy the cheapest ai voice minutes ever sold end to end cost. period. on me :) Note, for white labeled reasons this only is for direct users - sorry others, DM me and I can make it work since - well, you're here so no worries on that lol.
  • Official support channels & processes - you will get account manager(s) and more live interaction on support tickets to ensure every concern is taken care of, this will be tracked and optimized by the product manager to ensure ticket times are low and communication is extreme.
  • Enterprise Deal Helping Hands - We are opening a portal for those going after true enterprise volume deals. We will be self-hosting, doing custom deployments, buildouts, and more for true enterprise style deals. And we will work in tandem iwth you if you have one with an official portal for submitting deals and getting approval for us to get involved directly to help.
  • Grey labeled support resources & updates docs / vids / resources: The portal will get the addition of grey labeled customer support numbers, chat widget, and email. These will be complete grey-label trained models meaning no apparent company information given so we can play offense on support for you and your clients. Docs and all will be updated for current process and platform UX/UI.
To-Do EOD:
  • Chat & Voice Prompt Injection: In the past, we have been able to control quality on responses and tool calls via a fair amount of injection - V2, barely any injection is live in the actual main process itself. That is changing, voice got a fair injection bit last night. But over today, I will add all of that back in so you should see your tool calls and responses become more uniform as before.
  • Voice Transfers, Digit Presses, Pushing Data, etc: Voice specific function as before will be pushed today to ensure similar / more functionality as V1 on voice.
  • Extractions, auto-pushing, booking injection, and knowledge base: All functions are getting their full stack implemented today and over the weekend. The current extractions are more like a bandaid to ensure functionality but will be revamping to the full production version of the calls to ensure accuracy and reliability. All tools will get legacy (revamped) prompt injection and data validation to ensure accuracy and uptime. This also includes add / remove tag and enroll in workflow making a comeback.
  • GHL WF actions and API endpoints: These will get full prod capabilities and error handling protocol to ensure little to no down time.
  • Affiliate program: 30% recurring commission affiliate program set to go live before Sunday - if not before.
  • Knowledge base: files queue and update this weekend to reduce latency with non-business hours ops, new upload types like Youtube videos and more will be added for ultimate context.
  • Multi-calendar booking and matrices: We will release beta on matrices - this will be a data type that will allow you to set conditional logic on use. So, meaning you can set mulitple calendars with conditions, or use this to reference location data via zipcode etc etc.
  • Campaigns will go into final stages of beta: Campaigns will get a revamp over the weekend to have production ready capabilites going into the beginning of the week.
Fixes EOD / This Weekend:
  • For those still missing a bit of your flow builder, that will be accessible via a button.
  • orbs will be accessible by new assistant types.
  • No active tag bug is top priority right now - this should be mitigated before the end of the day to ensure we always capture contacts with an active tag.
  • Domain(s) will get full functionality again with the ability to add multiple
  • SIP trunking / custom numbers - ive seen one or two tickets on this and we are working on that ASAP.
  • ID copying and version history pushing - this will be live before Sunday.
Okay. tons more but this is the important stuff. I also want to preface I get about 300-400 emails + 150-250 texts a day (not including skool DMs etc) so, if you have not heard back from me - im not ignoring you I promise. I literally just cannot keep up... Im actually hiring a personal assistant to help. (ai or human? youll never know)
