Bot not really working as well.

So few complaints on V2, about 20% of the conversations arent working anymore, they client sends a message, a tag is added to activate the bot, and nothing. Just says no active tags.

And now when a client sends multiple message, the bot sends multiple replies instead of compiling all the information instead even though I put long delays on it it does nothing.

I also cant activate the bot manually, I have to send a message manually now and then it triggers the bot to function.

With multiple sub accounts with ads running its a hard task to keep in touch with all of them when we sold them this as instant replies but now we are going hours without any reply to clients which is a big red flag.
