Getting over fears (Purpose journaling)
Hey guys, I'm stuck on day 4 of Abraham's purpose journaling. It's the day where you identify self limiting beliefs/fears. I've seemed to identify them, but can't seem to complete the action step of brainstorming ways to not let these fears limit me. I'll write my summarized fears below, if you have any advice on them or just want to relate, let me know I'm all ears.
  1. Fear of my own unpredictable emotions- losing motivation, losing determination/drive.
2. Fear of failure and what it means about me
3. Fear of uncertainties of life
4. The death of self that comes with growth
5. Rejection (from myself & others)
6. Vulnerability
7. Experiencing negative emotions
