Taking your time with life
Heyy guys , so I'm back !! ( I was quite active a while back but i ' disappeared ' all of a sudden lol ) I was simply caught up with life and gave myself some time to enjoy and relax . Which didn't go as planned cause i almost died ( lmao I'm fine now dw ) and I also failed to be consistent with the workout routine that i started with :( All of this led me to almost going back into a rut but thankfully i managed to go into a new environment for a few days and that refreshed my mind and gave me some motivation to get back on track ! So for anyone who feels stuck , maybe trying out something new can help ! and it's completely okay for you to mess up a bit once in a while ! :D

Writing Retreat & Digital Detox for 30 Days
Starting June 1st I'll go on a digital detox so that I can focus on writing my book. I really love this story and the ideas I have for it. What I don't love is that I keep letting a glass rectangle control my life. I'm going to use this platform to help me track my progress and keep accountable. Everyday I'll post progress updates and how I feel throughout the whole thing. I also got Digital Minimalism by Cal Newport so I'll be reading that. YouTube and Instagram will be off my phone. I'll only use YouTube on my laptop for workout and stretching videos. I'll have unhook on my laptop so nothing distracts me or attemps to. My writing project is a fantasy-romance book set in an eternal winter. The main characters are married and they have to go on this life or death quest to save their Kingdom. It's dual pov with ancient secrets, love, strong magical creatures, medieval setting, attack on titan vibes. I have 2 chapters written and going to start on chapter 3. Those are my plans! Here are some pics for the vibe of my project.

Don't go to sleep before journaling these questions. (Get points)
In our last group meeting, someone asked me what things I do to retain my mental clarity and stay productive. I answered that there is a list of questions I journal every night before I go to bed to end the day on a positive note and learn about myself in the process. Taking a few minutes each night to reflect on your day can significantly improve your mental clarity, emotional well-being, and productivity. Here’s a simple yet powerful nightly reflection routine that you can follow to end your day on a positive and thoughtful note: 1. What is something I did well today, and what made me proud or happy about it? Reflecting on your achievements, no matter how small, can boost your self-esteem and reinforce positive behaviors. By acknowledging what you did well, you end your day on a positive note and build confidence for the future. 2. What is something I didn't do well today, and how can I learn from it? Identifying areas where you fell short helps you recognize patterns that may be holding you back. Reflecting on these moments with a learning mindset allows you to grow and develop strategies for improvement, turning mistakes into lessons. Its only failure if you don't learn from it. 3. What specific distractions did I encounter, and how did they impact my productivity and focus? Understanding what distracts you can help you take action to minimize these interruptions. Reflecting on the impact of distractions on your productivity can lead to better time management and a more focused work environment. Pretty self explanatory. I call this "Resistance Training" 4. How did I contribute to someone else's well-being or receive support from others today? Considering your social interactions and contributions to others' well-being helps foster a sense of community and connectedness. It also allows you to appreciate the support you receive, building stronger relationships and a supportive network. At the end of the day, all we have is each other. Dont ignore personal relationships:)

@Yasin Al Mohanak hahahahaah sure thing Yasin , I'm pretty caught up these days with my exams anyways .😂
Who is your biggest inspiration right now?
I'm curious to know who are some of your guy's inspirations/who you look up to most and why you look up to them. I really look up to Ali Abdaal currently because I admire the amount of influence and community he has been able to build in such a short amount of time as well as his business success and character.
