Weā€™ve all been here
I am returning to the Skool app after I took some time off self improvement and am shocked to see how much itā€™s grown, I have joined a couple of creators who im interested in and Iā€™ve only just scratched the surface of what this app has to offer. Other than just scrolling reading people posts, how do I get the most out of this app and what do you use it for other than a small bit of inspiration. I find its not benefiting me anywhere near as much as itā€™s benefiting the people who make posts about their progress and I believe itā€™s user error

Tip for Conscious Consumption šŸ‘ļø šŸ“²
How often do you find yourself watching a YouTube video or listening to music or a podcast for seemingly no reason? Almost as if to drown out the moments of silence throughout your day? You are likely avoiding something. If you cannot sit with anything but your thoughts for an extended period, you are likely overstimulated, and avoiding spending time with yourself. Maybe because you do not like what happens when your mind is idle. They say an idle mind is the devil's workshop, but instead of trying to avoid it, why not confront it and cast the devil out? Action Step: In the little pockets of time throughout the day where you have a few minutes of boredom, (on the bus, waiting in line, etc.) Instead of filling those moments with doom-scrolling, or music, simply sit with yourself and just be. By doing this, you are not only working to fix your attention span, but you're also allowing time for your brain to subconsciously solve problems. If this is painful to do, endure it. If it's boring, keep going. Ask yourself: What am I mentally resisting right now? Utilize these little moments as mini meditations. Stay present and enjoy the now instead of wanting the next dopamine hit. Stop avoiding and start healing. P.S. I'll be posting daily insights and tips like this one inside of Apperception Academy. You can join and lock in your price at $1 for launch only. Check it out if you want to take your focus and fulfillment to the next level.

šŸ‘ļøApperception Academy & What to expect this month
Over the last few months (in monk mode), Iā€™ve been working day and night on a huge project for you guys. One of the big pieces is a Dopamine Control course. Some of you may have noticed the sneak peek inside the classroom section. It is a full guide on how to go from Digital Distraction šŸ“±Ā to Peak Productivity āœļø It will cover everything from dopamine, detoxing, digital minimalism, and habits to purpose, direction, goal setting, time management, flow state, deep work, and much more. The other big thing I've been working on is building a new community called Apperception Academy: Gain Focus in A World Of Distractions. Inside the academy, I will personally be hosting a live Q&A session every week where you can pick your brain on whatever you like, monthly planning and reflection rituals, specialized lectures, and more. In addition to those things, the Academy is where you will be able to find the full course for Dopamine Control once it is finished recording. Week One/Module 1 of the course will be COMPLETELY FREE and will be available to everyone inside of Apperception Alliance. I have designed it so that you DO NOT need to upgrade to get insane value out of the course. The first week alone has hours of content inside. Hereā€™s the rundown: Week One: Eliminating Distractions(Dopamine, Detoxing, Digital Minimalism) Week Two: Finding Direction(Vision, Values, Purpose) Week Three: Goals and Priorities(Set Proper Goals, Action Plans, and Resilience) Week Four: Time Management/Self Regulation(Time Auditing, Time Blocking, Essentialism, Reflections) Week Five: Peak Productivity(Deep Work, Flow, Mindset, Energy Management) For those who want to take their productivity and self-development to the next level, you may want to check out Apperception Academy to get the full course, live calls, direct access to me, and many more courses to come.

Weekend Workshop Recording!
Thank you to everyone who showed up to the workshop! It went great! If you weren't able to attend, you can watch the recording and get access to the worksheet in the Call Recordings section of the classroom.
