Thought of sharing some values + get some feedback. Paid (meta) ads worked the best for my agency. We've acquired clients through this. I've automated my metrics and check this weekly to ensure we're: - Minimizing cost per lead → ads creative - Maximizing booking rate → booking funnel - Maximizing showup rate → Send out VSL - Maximizing closing rate → Reputation building If you constantly optimize the above 4 metrics, things should look good for you. Goal is to 2X my ad spend in Nov 25th - Dec 25th. Thought I share it here. Still a lot to learn. P.S. 17k is only new cash at 1st month retainer. Recurring isn't included.

Closed My First Client on Day 1 of Starting My Agency
Hey folks, Parv here! For the past 3 years, I’ve been working as a closer in the agency world, sitting in meetings, closing deals for other agencies, and earning my share. But guess what? I’ve now launched my own agency! 🚀 I’m taking full charge of the B2B sales process—from generating leads to closing deals—for other businesses. Right now, I’ve signed my first client (on Day 1, no less!) and plan to keep it small with no more than three clients at a time. Why? Because I believe in delivering quality over quantity. Here’s the issue I’ve noticed in the market: even businesses with amazing products or services often struggle with their sales process. They’re unable to close the best deals, which impacts their efficiency and growth. That’s where I step in. Let us take care of your sales so you can focus on what you do best. What’s your take on this? I’d love to hear your thoughts!

⚡100 Sales Call - 81 Closed - Here is How in 2 MIN.🗝️
I’ve been selling stuff since I was 7—everything from products to services. Sales is my thing. It’s the single most valuable skill you can have. It works in business, it works in life, it even works in relationships. So when i started SMMA, it’s the first thing I set out to master even further. So… Here’s 4 things that help win every sale - 1. Sales Is Seduction, Not a Rape Sales isn’t about forcing things, it’s about having power to make people want what you want them to do. if someone is wearing a coat in the room, Instead of telling them to take it off, just turn up the heat. Make it feel like it was their idea all along. 2. Don’t Answer Questions Here’s the trick: whoever’s asking the questions is in control. If they ask you a question, don’t just give a plain answer. Ask them something right back. If they ask, “What results can I expect?” you can say, “What results are you aiming for?” It keeps you in the driver’s seat, so you’re steering the conversation. 3. Listen More, Talk Less You’d think sales is all about talking, right? Wrong. It’s about listening—really listening. They’re your best source of information. Who are they? What do they want? How do they like things? The more you listen, more ammo you have to attack. 4. Whoever Cares More, Wins The Sale People can smell your intentions from a mile away. If you’re struggling to close, it might be because you don’t believe in what you’re selling. If your only OBJECTIVE is to help them, You’ll sound so trustworthy, they’ll want to work with you. So, if you need help with sales, scripts, systems, team training i will try to help as much of you as i can… just comment “ Gold “ and I'll shoot you DM as soon as possible Busy days 🤝

Finally Got The First Client To My Agency 💎✨
Hey guys, just love to share with you this small win. From October 2023 I started my journey in building my own agency and try to scale it, but I didn't know what I'm doing TBH. I was afraid of getting started cuz I'm not ready yet and sometimes I think that I've wasted a lot of time and say to myself "Belal, you need to start NOW", but didn't even know where to start back then, but along this journey I met someone by complete coincidence called "MJ" on Skool, and from then everything changed... He noticed that I want to build my own agency, so he decided to help me by making me join his paid agency mentorship program for free. As well, he wanted an appointment setter for one of his clients in his agency, then I decided to take this opportunity, and yeah I worked as an appointment setter for a couple of months for one of his clients. But now, we transitioned from working as an appointment setter, to getting the same client I was doing appointment setting for as a first client in my agency "SpaceLeads" to help him build a YouTube personal brand that generates leads for his coaching business and add a stronger nurturing system to his IG growth funnel. My main focus right now is to get experience in my field and get a case study, so I can start prospecting maybe by the start of 2025 and sign more clients inshallah. Hope 2025 will be a good year for all of us. Thank You. 🙏❤
