100 DMs/day => 20 Accts or 5 Accts?
Hey brothers, my target is 100 FB DMs/day, using 20 accounts. Here's my current process: 1. I send 25 friend requests per account daily. 2. With a 20% approval rate, I get 5 new friends per account each day. 3. I then send 5 DMs/account to these new connections (25 requests → 5 approvals → 5 DMs/account/day). Managing 20 inboxes is challenging. Alternatively, I could focus on just 5 accounts and send 20 DMs per account daily. However, that would mean constantly warming up those accounts manually. What do you think, should I stick with 20 accounts or switch to 5? P.S. My booking rate is 2.5%, please ask if you have any questions about that!

I like the approach, take in mind horizontal scaling to get better at it. You can see how it works here: https://www.skool.com/agencyworld/horizontal-scaling?p=c0e048f5 Let me know if You got any question :)

Real estate Offer
Hey Guys, i've been working in real estate niche but i'm new to the US market and it seems that there is more need to find buyer leads instead of seller leads (at least in florida). What would be a realistic guarantee for my offer considering the realtor would invest $600 a month adspent (doing meta ads). Something like 15 property showings withing 6 months for example.

I don't know that much about Guarantees on real estate, but I would start by analyzing what other agencies are doing in the ad library and have that as a base line. But there's so many people overpromising and underdelivering. Do the opposite

Horizontal scaling
When you launch paid ads, create online content or even do cold emials, there’s a fundamental strategy called horizontal scaling. It’s all about sustainable growth. How does it work? Simple: you take the variables in your ad (like the first line of copy or the call-to-action), test them one by one, and analyze which changes drive better performance. By focusing on these incremental improvements, you can scale what works and maximize your results. Practical example: If an ad is performing well, you can duplicate it, tweak just the first line of text, and test which variation drives more conversions. Ready to scale smarter, not harder? 💡
