Stop bot reply when user answers
Anybody know how to make the ai chat bots stop generating messages as soon as a user replies to the lead? Not when there is a workflow sms text message sent out, but only when a user directly responds. Anybody had any luck with this?

@Jason Dueck so would it make more financial sense for the client to just purchase a number through assistable vs importing their own twilio number? In my mind, if they import their twilio number, now they're essentially paying 2x per min.
Voice AI is not calling as it suppose to. UPDATE:12/31/24
UPDATE 12/31/24 - 4 calls were never made. 1st call from workflow#1- which sends a text to a new lead that we'll be calling them in 1 min. 2,3,4 Workflow2 Followup not made, finally call5 was made ( customer hangup) This morning resume follow up workflow2 call1 was not made again. 12/30/24 Again outbound voice is not calling the leads in workflow BUT GHL logs shows that the call was made. There are many contacts who is this happening to...why is this happening? I may as well remove this text message before the call since it does not work... @Jorden Williams can you help...these are FB leads expecting the call BUT.....

Help request: Buildship Google Sheets integration
Since voice kb is still yet not released, and there is no real solid info on when its going to be released, I am forced to make my voice kb via buildship and google sheets. I have 1 day to complete this as I promised I would deliver my the bot before Friday. I watched @Jakin Harper's this 5 min video on the topic: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4ntjnPc4LHM&list=PLmqDzHnrARz6U5adLhiz2KnvXDMBJ6c48&index=13&t=246s What I already did 1. I opened a new buildship account. 2. I created the Rest API Call with POST method 3. Created Get Sheets node hooked up my gsheets and verified the node 4. Created the custom tool on assistable What I couldn't do 1. There is a Input node thats just there as default when I create my workflow, I couldn't delete that 2. I couldn't add a Return Node. ( I probably spend total of 2,5 hours trying to find the return node and no such option exists for my account. Maybe they changed the name, maybe I need to be on paid plan, I have no clue, but I couldn't get it going) So far not good, can someone experienced please help me with this simple integration? Thank you.

@Cemre Sancaktar Not sure about "Buildship" but I use Make.com and it's super easy to work with and integrate with Google Sheets. I actually just created a bot that qualifies a lead over the phone via 10-12 questions, sends all those answers to Make.com which creates a Google sheet via a template and inputs all the data collected by the bot. The GSheet has some calculations and then the result is sent back to the bot....this all happens while the call is going on. The bot then lets the person know if they qualify or not based on the data sent back to it from Google Sheets. I'm sure your setup would be similar. Let me know if this is something you'd need help with.
OpenAI Fees?
What kind of fees are you guys seeing with OpenAI and how are you managing rebilling? I'm just concerned about having subaccount use up a ton of credits and it putting me in the red. Thanks!
