AI Voice Transfer Settings
How do I set it so that my Voice AI only transfers calls to a specific phone number during operating hours, but then during non-operating hours have it take the caller's information down itself? With my current prompting, it will sometimes transfer the phone call (during non-operating hours which it should NOT do) and sometimes it will go ahead and collect the caller info. I need this to be consistent so I don't lose out on leads during non-operating hours
