Why would my assistant be giving the wrong address information and the wrong contact information? All of my subacocunts resort to saying that our address is 123 fitness st and pulls some random contact information. I have the correct information for business address, location, contact info, and pricing all in the knowledge base that is attached to the assistant. When I test the knowledge base in the app it works just fine, but when using it with GHL it completely gives the wrong information and looks really bad for my clients. Anybody else experience this?
