Happy Thursday Warriors. I find when I'm getting anxious or angry or sad... any of those horrible feels we all hate. It's hard to snap out of them for a while . The thing that works for me is listening to music . Its hard with all the different challenges everyone faces on a daily and being mindful of how sometimes you may loose control emotionally is even harder especially around your loved ones when you just need time alone but can't have it do to needing help with care or doctors appointments ... the list goes on.. .. MUSIC is my go to. I'm rambling now but I just want to help. What's your go to? Share some of your favorite tunes and I will share mine . My go to right now when I wanna just belt out some lyrics is Monsters by Shine Down . Have a great day.

Warrior Wins Wednesday + New Resource!
Hey Warriors, I hope you're all crushing it this week! What's been your biggest win? Mine was figuring out transfers out of the driver's seat (after faceplanting the steering wheel a few times 😂) Given the holiday season is upon us, I've uploaded my Eating Out & Alcohol Guide to the Resources section of the Classroom, to help you keep things under control over Christmas & New Year! Lastly, I have a favour to ask: if you have got value from Wheel Warriors, I'd very much appreciate if you could leave a review for me here: https://au.trustpilot.com/review/wheelwarriors.co Thank you! Please share your wins in the comments ⬇️

@Diana Goss Good morning Diana, I hope things are well. My routine is every morning I get up and get a full glass of room temp water with about a quarter of real lemon juice and basically chug it down. Every second day I take senecot s to help things move. I have tried a bunch of laxatives and some are very hard on my system but this one is very gentle on mine. My issue was either not going or going without knowing. It was horrible but the last couple months since I've done this no issues . Hopefully this is some what helpful.

Most of your "chair belly" isn't from too much body fat...
Little known secret... Most of your "chair belly" isn't from too much body fat... It's probably from the 2 P's... 💩 Poop & Posture. We all get put on stupid bowel programs after rehab. Who only poops 3x a week? It's all building up inside of you. You can reduce your belly by pooping more, just as nature intended. 5-7x a week is ideal! 💩 The second P, Posture - is a little difficult. It's a trade between balance and belly, especially if you have no core function. Personally, I have a little extra dump in my chair. The added tension in my hamstrings lets me sit up straighter than I otherwise could. This is a matter of preference, but try it! Lean back in your chair and see how much your belly shrinks. 👨‍🦽👨‍🦼 Was this helpful? Drop a comment and let me know!

Man my bowel schedule was never really explained to me . Never really had help at all it was super frustrating . I was working 40 plus hours a week and only going once on my 2 days off it was awful. Since I have been home I usually go every second day and I'm totally feeling a difference for sure .
Mental Health
So the last 3 years I have been stuck at home with a pressure sore on my right ankle . I have had 3 surgeries on it and currently have a vacc dressing to promote healing. Ita a slow process . I been with my wife for 12 years married for 4. I'm having alot of anger issues though. Never take it out on her but internally it's ripping me apart. She works full time. I am currently on disabilty income which is not much. I do see a therapist 2 times a month to talk but she can only do so much as she has no clue what it's like . Anyways. I'm grateful to have found this community. Looking to improve my mental health.anf physical and I'm open to talk to anyone. Thanks everyone.
