It’s been a while everyone. Apologize for being absent have had a lot going on. Progress report. I’ve been continuing my workouts with my physical therapist. Bench started at 135lbs all the way up to 170lbs on bench. Still not at my goal of 225 but getting there. On lat pulls I was up to 190lbs had to stop bc it was pulling my power chair off the ground with my pt standing on the back. I’ve also been doing shrugs which have helped a lot with neck pain. I hope everyone is doing well! Keep pushing!!!!!
